Live Art On Your Special Day

A one of a kind handmade Live Art created on Your Wedding Day. A perfect piece of art that captures your special day, whether that is the “I Do’s,” first looks, entrances, dances, cake cutting, the list goes on.

This service is perfect for the brides who want to add a creative element to their perfect day.

  • BEFORE YOU BOOK

    1. Choose which Live Art service would be perfect for your wedding day by the list below.

    2. Next check your wedding date availability by filling out the inquiry form. *I generally reply within 48 hours.

    3. After I confirm my availability for your wedding date please secure your date with a 20% deposit.

    4. By making a 20% deposit you secure my services, and agreeing to work with me.

    AFTER DATE IS SECURE

    1. Consultation: We will schedule a full 30-60 min, 4-6 weeks out from your wedding to discuss all your wedding design needs.

    2. You will receive an invoice for a 40% deposit, 2 weeks prior to your wedding date.

    ON YOUR WEDDING DAY

    1. I will arrive 1-2 hours prior to the ceremony to begin your artwork choice. This will allow me ample time to set-up and start the working on your artwork.

    2. During your wedding day, I will take photos alongside your photographers to capture a special photo to reference while making your live art.

    3. After obtaining my photo references I will start your artwork of you and your new spouse

    4. At the end of the night, when your artwork is most complete, I will come find you and your spouse to show you your live artwork. If your photographers are still present I will find them to capture your “first look” of your special day.

    AFTER YOUR WEDDING

    1. After I finish creating your artwork on your wedding day, I will take your it to my studio to add some final touches. This process may take 4+ weeks depending on size selection.

    2. You will receive a final invoice of the remaining 40%, 2 weeks before I ship your live artwork

    3. Please be sure to pay at least 1 week after you receive your artwork.

    4. Finally, your artwork will be on its way to its new home…. Your Home!
